The open data portal is a modern flexible adaptive information system that is focused on the information needs of its users. The set of capabilities of the portal allows you to create qualitatively new conditions for the work of employees and departments of the Ministry. For the user of the Open Data Portal, functional rights must be defined - the rights to perform certain functions. The portal has the ability to flexibly configure access to functional modules, without involving programmers. Access to functional modules is verified by user identification and password. The portal supports an interface in three languages: Kazakh, Russian and English. The portal supports the work of users located at geographically remote sites. To download the data, the user needs to register on the portal. Only the "Description" tab is available to unregistered users inside the services. In registration, you must indicate your full name, come up with a username and password, as well as indicate the activity. After registration, users are assigned a token. There are 2 types of token: Registered users are immediately assigned a Level 1 token. With this token, it can download data of different formats, 10 requests per day. With the help of a token of the 2nd level, users can access all the tabs inside the "Parameters" and "API" service, they can also download data every 20 seconds. To receive this token, you need to send a request, where you must specify the purpose and place of work. User support is provided through the contact center.
